Firstly you need 2 or 3 different types of chocolate, I used milk, dark & white. And lots of toppings !!
Melt the base chocolate, which for me was the milk chocolate !
Then pour the melted chocolate in to your pan. With the white and dark chocolate, drizzle with a spoon in a kind of zig zag shape over the whole slab and using a toothpick, gently 'swirl' around to form the lovely shapes below:
Then go crazy !! Add all the toppings you desire ! I had smarties, marshmallow, raisins, jazzies, maltesers, sprinkles - you name it, throw it on there !!
Let the slab cool and then pop in the fridge to harden. I left mine overnight. Then in the morning enjoy the satisfaction of breaking the slab up in to chunks, or keep as one for an awesome present (just like the Hotel Chocolat ones). I wrapped the pieces in cellophane bags and gave them to friends and family ! They didn't last long though, but if you want them to, you will need to temper you chocolate, like this.
