Salted Caramel Kale Chips

So you've seen cheesy kale chips.....but what about salted caramel ?  Ohhh yes please !

All you need is some kale, some pure maple syrup and some pink Himalayan salt. All super good for you !

So start by washing your kale and dry with kitchen roll. 

Then pour over a liberal amount of maple syrup and sprinkle on your salt. This is all personal taste but as a rule of thumb for a big handful I used a tablespoon of maple syrup and a teaspoon of salt. 

Using your nice clean washed hands 'massage' the maple syrup and salt in to the kale leaves, being sure to cover them all. 

Then spread them out evenly on a baking tray and pop them in the oven on 150 deg c for about 10 minutes until crispy. 

Let them cool for about 5 minutes then devour. I even topped my with some cacao nibs for a little chocolatey touch and extra crunch.
